1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SoljaCast website, devices, or admin console (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SoljaCast is a hardware casting device and accompanying web app that lets guests cast content to one or two displays without installing any software. We sell devices outright, rent them per event, and offer demos.

3. Account & access

Some features (admin console, multi-device management) require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account.

4. Sales & rentals

All purchases and rentals are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rented units must be returned in working condition; lost or damaged hardware is billed at replacement cost.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to cast unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or interfere with other users or with the integrity of the device. Admins are responsible for moderating content cast through their devices and for the PIN policies they configure for events.

6. Cast content

You retain all rights to content you cast through a SoljaCast device. Cast content is processed locally and streamed to the displays; uploaded files are deleted at the end of each session.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific device or rental in question.

8. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time. When you do, your name, email and phone are erased from our records. Sales and rental records are retained in anonymised form for up to six years to meet Spanish accounting and tax obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
