1. What a pre-order is

A pre-order reserves a unit of an upcoming Tarvis production run before general availability. By placing a pre-order you buy a real product with a delivery date in the future, not a finished item ready to ship today. These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Pricing and payment

The full price of your configuration is charged at checkout in US Dollars. Current pre-order prices are $299 (Tarvis Box 8GB), $459 (Tarvis Box 16GB), $399 (Tarvis AI 8GB) and $559 (Tarvis AI 16GB). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Delivery timeline

Shipping starts Dec 2026, about 5 months from the start of pre-orders. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will email you regular production updates and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your unit is on its way. If the timeline changes materially, we will tell you promptly and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Our demos are real

Every product video and demo we publish shows real hardware running real software. Nothing is staged or simulated. We take pre-orders because we need time to scale up manufacturing and deliver something you will love, not because the product does not exist yet.

5. Shipping

We currently ship pre-orders to addresses in the United States and Europe. You enter your shipping address during checkout, and you can update it any time before your unit ships by contacting us. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your unit ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

7. Changes to your order

Want a different model or memory size? Contact us before your unit ships and we will switch your configuration, charging or refunding the price difference.
